2. Products and Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. If a payment fails, the order will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Under EU law, all goods are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. If a product does not conform to the contract (e.g., it is defective or not as described), you are entitled to:

  • If repair or replacement is not possible or disproportionate: a price reduction or termination of the contract with a full refund
