At NORVELIO, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. All prices shown on our website include VAT.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Belgium (domestic)
- European Union (all 27 member states)
- Rest of the world — select countries (available at checkout)

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@norvelio.com.
5. Customs & Import Duties
EU customers: All prices include VAT. No additional customs charges apply within the European Union.
Non-EU customers: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@norvelio.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please report any delivery issues within 30 days of your expected delivery date.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we cannot reach you within 14 days, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
